David Morris is a 3rd generation farmer in Haines City, Florida. He began his farming career with citrus, then introduced 75 acres of conventional blueberries to his crop in 2010. He was born and raised in Haines City and currently, his mother lives on the farm property. He calls the rows surrounding his mom’s house, “Mom’s Berries” and claims they are his favorite of the harvest. David is heavily involved in the day-to-day operations on his farm year-round. He truly believes that farming is in his blood! However, whenever he has a chance to escape the farm life, he enjoys hunting and fishing with his wife.
