Strawberry Almond Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of fresh Wish Farms strawberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup steamed and frozen cauliflower
  • 1/4 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/3 cup almond milk (or more, depending on how you like your smoothie's consistency)
  • 1 teaspoon agave

Directions

  • Add all ingredients and blend
  • Keep your blender on a low speed and slowly add your almond milk - this is the KEY to a thick smoothie!
