As most of you may know, this February was our Second Annual Strawberry Picking Challenge. This family fun filled charity event benefited the children of the Redlands Christian Migrant Association. RCMA is a non-profit organization that assists the children and families of poor rural migrant farm workers by providing better education and opportunities to them.
Our first year proved to be a success by raising over $74,000 for the cause. This year we surpassed our goal and raised $76,000!

In addition to watching all the corporate sponsor teams relay for the challenge, the families and general public enjoyed fun games and activities such as strawberry picking for children, strawberry shortcake, food trucks, a balloon artist, games, live music by the Clemons Road Band, special appearances by the Florida Agriculture Commissioner Adam Putnam, Florida Strawberry Festival Queen and her court, Tampa Bay Buccaneers Cheerleaders and Wish Farms’ Misty the Garden Pixie.
