Ingredients
Berry Biscuit Base
- 2 – 16.3 oz cans large ready-made biscuits
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup (or more) desired Wish Farms berries
- 2 eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Icing
- 1 1/2 cups confectioner’s sugar
- 3 or 4 tablespoons milk (start with 3 and adjust for correct consistency)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- Pinch of salt
- Icing can also be subbed for honey or maple syrup
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees and grease an 8×8 baking pan
- Gently rinse and pat dry your chosen Wish Farms berries (we used blackberries, blueberries, and raspberries).
- Combine sugar and cinnamon in a bowl; set aside.
- Separate biscuits and cut into fourths. Toss with the cinnamon sugar and spread evenly in the baking pan.
- Sprinkle the remaining cinnamon sugar over the biscuits. Scatter the berries over the biscuits.
- Whisk the eggs, yolks, cream, milk, and vanilla together until fully combined. Pour evenly over the biscuits and berries.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the tip of a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
- Allow to cool a few minutes while preparing the icing.
- Whisk the icing ingredients together until smooth. Start with 3 tablespoons of milk, and increase if you prefer a thinner icing.
- Drizzle over the bake and serve! (If desired, swap out the icing for honey or maple syrup!)
