These adorable Sugar Cookie Easter Baskets are made with soft sugar cookie cups, filled with a luscious cream cheese filling, and topped with fresh, colorful Wish Farms berries. Perfect for spring celebrations, they’re as fun to make as they are to eat!
Ingredients

Sugar cookie dough (homemade or store-bought)

Cream cheese (8 oz, softened)

¼ cup sugar (adjust to taste)

1 tsp vanilla extract

Sprinkles

Wish Farms Strawberries (diced)

Wish Farms Blueberries
Directions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Grease a muffin tin or use a non-stick mini muffin pan.

Roll cookie dough into 1–2 inch balls and place one in each muffin cup.

Bake for 10–12 minutes or until edges are golden.

While baking, mix softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Remove from oven and use a spoon or small cup to gently press the centers back down if they’ve puffed up.

Let them cool completely in the pan, then carefully pop them out.

Fill each cooled cookie cup with a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture.

Top with chopped Wish Farms strawberries and fresh Wish Farms blueberries.
