Ingredients
Berry Christmas Tree
- Styrofoam Cone (we used three – two 17.9 inch cones & one 8.9 inch cone)
- Toothpicks
- Wish Farms Pink-A-Boo® Pineberries
- Wish Farms strawberries
- Wish Farms blueberries
- 1 large pineapple
- Star cookie cutters of various sizes
Snack Cake Dip
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 – 16oz containers of frozen whipped topping
- 2 – 8oz packages of cream cheese
- 2/3 cups milk
- Two boxes of Christmas tree snack cakes (10 cakes total)
- Festive sprinkles (as desired)
Directions
Berry Christmas Tree
- Wash desired mix of Wish Farms Pink-A-Boo® Pineberries and strawberries then pat dry.
- Insert toothpicks in a row along the bottom of the Styrofoam cone, then push berries onto the toothpicks after they’ve been pressed into the cone.
- Continue this process in rows until the entire cone has been filled. We created an alternating pattern on the large cones – one row of Pink-A-Boo Pineberries followed by a row of strawberries.
- Slice a pineapple into a large slice and using a star cookie cutter, punch a star out of the middle of the slice for the top of the tree.
- Apply star to the top of the tree/cone and use blueberries to fill any small holes in between rows of berries.
Snack Cake Dip
- Add all 10 Christmas tree snack cakes, vanilla extract, milk, and cream cheese into a large mixing bowl.
- With a hand-held mixer or stand-mixer, beat ingredients together, occasionally stopping to scrape the sides of the bowl.
- One large dollop at a time, add creamy whipped topping to bowl and combine.
- Add the mixture into a bowl or dish for serving and top with sprinkles, if desired.
