Strawberries, popsicles and cocktails… now we’re talkin’! This recipe was created  by Hyppo Pop. Visit their shops or order online for a delicious pop made fresh with Wish Farms strawberries.

Ingredients

  • 4  Wish Farms Strawberries (stems removed + cut in half)
  • 2-3 sprigs fresh Mint
  • 2 oz. Vodka of your choice
  • 1/2 a Lime, juiced
  • 5 oz. Ginger Beer

Directions

  • Add strawberry halves and mint leaves to a glass and muddle until strawberries are broken down into smaller pieces.
  • Add ice, vodka, lime juice, and top with ginger beer.
  • Stir using ice pop or a stirrer to mix well.
  • Place Straight-Up Strawberry pop inside glass or on top. Serve immediately.
