2 scoops of raspberry ice-cream or sorbet
1 bottle of Brut champagne

Directions

Spoon raspberry ice cream or sorbet scoops into your champagne glasses
Slowly pour champagne over the ice cream or sorbet and drop a couple raspberries into each glass
