- 6 large fresh Wish Farms strawberries
- ¾ cup of milk
- ½ cup of vanilla yogurt
- Spoonful of peanut butter (source of protein)
- Splash of Orange Juice
- Add the strawberries and milk first and blend until it is broken down to a nice consistency.
- Next add the yogurt and optional ingredients for the optimal thickness.
- Pour and enjoy.
