- Wish Farms Pink-A-Boo® Pineberries
- 1 Cucumber
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- 2 ounces gin
- 3 ounces rose lemonade (or any pink lemonade of your choosing)
Directions
- Prepare the garnishes by washing a few Wish Farms Pink-A-Boo® Pineberries and cutting a very thin slice of a cucumber – We used a vegetable peeler.
- Take the thinly sliced cucumber and press it to the inside of your glass, then fill the with ice.
- Pour gin and simple syrup over the ice and top with rose lemonade.
- Gently stir the mixture then garnish the glass with a perfect Pink-A-Boo® Pineberries, or a few!
