Kids may not always love the idea of a healthy snack, but they sure do love the movie Frozen! Blend up some of our favorite ingredients into a “Let it go” smoothie that your child can’t resist. This recipe was created by our All I Need Is Aldi. Check out her page dedicated to Aldi shopping!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/4 banana (fresh or frozen)
- 1 tbs chia seeds
- 1 cup milk
- ice (optional to thicken if using fresh fruit)
Directions
- Combine ingredients in a blender
- Blend until smooth
