Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Wish Farms strawberries, washed
  • 8 Tablespoons of unflavored gelatin
  • 1/3 Cup fruit juice
  • 2 Tablespoons honey

Directions

  1. Add Wish Farms strawberries to a blender and puree until fully smooth.
  2. Over medium heat, add fruit juice and strawberry puree to a sauce pan and whisk until fully combined.
  3. Gradually add in gelatin by two tablespoons at a time, whisking between additions.
  4. Whisk until mixture is thickened. Add in honey and mix again.
  5. Add strawberry mixture to a silicone mold.
  6. Place mold in refrigerator for 2-4 hours, or until the fruit snacks are a gummy texture.
  7. Remove from mold and enjoy.
