Ingredients
Cinnamon Blueberry Pie Filling
- 2 Cups Wish Farms blueberries
- 1/4 Cup Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Orange Juice
- 2 Teaspoons Corn Starch
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
Pumpkin Pie Parfait
- Store-bought Pumpkin Pie
- Frozen Whipped Topping
- 3 Cinnamon Sticks
Pumpkin Pie Crust Crumble
- 3 Tablespoons Salted Butter
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Scoop the pumpkin pie filling out of your store-bought pie into a bowl and set aside. Take the crust and break it into small pieces in the pie tin
- In a small, microwave safe bowl melt your butter, then stir in sugar and cinnamon. Poor mixture over crushed pie crust and toss
- Pour crumble onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown
Pumpkin Pie Parfait
- Let both the blueberry cinnamon pie filling and the crust crumble cool before assembly
- Separate your pie crust crumble into six individual serving dishes of your choice, add a dollop of pumpkin pie filling on top, followed by the blueberry cinnamon pie filling, then cool whip
- Add a sprinkle of cinnamon over top and garnish with 1/2 of a cinnamon stick
