Jacob Hare and his dad Porter are strawberry growers for Wish Farms. Jacob’s great grandfather started the family farm back in the 1940’s with just 40 acres and is now up to 63 acres. He is the 4th generation to work on the farm and plans to carry on the legacy by expanding the operation while continuing to produce the highest quality berries.
The most rewarding part of the job is putting in the work and hearing consumer feedback from people who have enjoyed their fruit across the country. It reminds them that it is all worth it!
