Steve Minotakis
- Fiddle Leaf Farm, Inc., located in Summerfield, Florida, began growing blueberries in the spring of 2010
- Currently operate 20 acres of blueberries and predominately grow emeralds, jewels and a small collection of farthings
- Fiddle Leaf was previously a Paso Fino horse farm and before that was involved in Ostriches and Emus. The farm also has exotic birds, rabbits and other animals, as well as one of the oldest original homes in Marion County.
- What we enjoy best about what we do is the opportunity to meet other farmers and interact with good friendly people in this industry…and the free blueberries!

Wayne Glover
- The Glover family has been in the farming industry since the 1930’s
- Family farm is located on Turkey Creek in Plant City, Florida
- 20 total acres of blueberries with 10 acres of blueberries grown in barrels (19,800 barrels on the farm)
- Plant varieties: prima donna, emeralds, farthing, jewels, spring high, spring wide

5 Star Farms
- 5 Star Family Farms is family owned and operated by the Knapp family in Auburndale, FL
- The Knapp’s are fourth generation farmers. For the last several years farming has been more of a hobby, but more recently the focus has turned to growing blueberries and expanding the family farm.
- Currently they operate 50 acres of blueberries with the ability to increase to 200 acres over the course of the next 3-4 years.
- Farm was previously an ornamental nursery with pre-existing greenhouses that they plan to use to extend the harvest time of their blueberries.
- Plant varieties: mostly - spring high, emerald, jewels, abundance with some rebel and Windsor

Raymond Hancock
- Raymond & Clara Hancock are the owners and operators of Blue Gold of Valrico Blueberry Farm, Inc. located in Valrico, Florida.
- Blue Gold began growing blueberries in 1992 and now operates a total of 5 acres.
- Raymond switched from 5 acres of citrus to 5 acres of blueberries. All 11,000 plants are grown in barrels.
- One of the benefits of potted plants is the rich and controlled soil which is made up of peat and pine bark (50/50). Potted plants require less water and grow faster because it is grown in a more controlled environment.
- Blue Gold was the initial grower for Wish Farms that grew Pesticide-Residue Free blueberries certified by Scientific Certification Systems (SCS).
