- Gary Wishnatzki
- Chief Executive Officer
Gary began working for Wishnatzki Farms in 1974 and became manager of the firm in 1981. He then became president of Wishnatzki & Nathel in 1990. Gary has grown Wishnatzki Farms considerably during his tenure and seen that the company remains both innovative and competitive. He sees that Wishnatzki Farms operates with respect to three principles: quality, responsiveness, and integrity.
Gary enjoys reading, playing tennis, and spending time with his family.
- Chuck Hollenkamp
- Executive VP Fresh Sales
Chuck began working for Wishnatzki Farms in 1985. He has seen his role grow tremendously each year as Wishnatzki Farms continues to aggressively expand acreage and sell more product. He is directly responsible for overseeing the sales team and ensuring that certain metrics are met.
Chuck enjoys riding horses with his wife Debbie. He also has two children Kristen and Clay.
- JC Clinard
- Senior VP Grower Relations and Farm Operations
JC attended University of Florida and earned a B.S. in Agriculture Economics in 2001 and a Master of Science in Business Management in 2002. Following graduation, he accepted a position with Farm Credit of Central Florida. During his 5 year tenure, he progressed from credit analyst to corporate relationship manager. As a lender, he was exposed to many of the industries within agriculture such as nursery, citrus, berries and vegetables. He became very interested in fresh produce and most of his efforts were spent networking and lending to people in this arena. In 2007, he accepted a position with Wishnatzki Farms and earned a MBA from the University of Florida.
When he is not working, JC enjoys the outdoors, especially fishing.
- Teddy Koukoulis
- Director of Blueberry Operations
Teddy joined Wishnatzki Farms in May 2011. Just before joining our team he worked for Monte Packaging as the Director of Operations. He was the Operations Manager for Sunnyridge for 4 years where he held similar responsibilities as he does with us now. Prior to Sunnyridge, he was the Meat and Produce Receiving Manager for Wal-Mart.
Teddy is directly responsible for all of our blueberry operations including grower recruitment and relations. His role is a new position for Wish Farms. With our year round blueberry program, bringing Teddy on board reinforces our focus on becoming a major player in the blueberry industry.
Teddy enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and playing golf.
- Andy Gutierrez
- Senior VP of Operations
Andy Gutierrez has been with Wishnatzki Farms since 1989. He is an excellent example of someone who has moved up through the company. Coming from a migrant family, with Andy you can say he knows the business from the field on up. He is responsible for the oversight of the company’s day to day functions which include, direct purchasing of materials, food safety, transportation, and facility operations.
Outside of work Andy stays busy with his family. He also is quite the artist and produces some very interesting produce related cartoons that can be found on the Wishnatzki Farms daily product sheet. He plays the drums and is an avid boxing fan.
- Clint Austin
- Operations and Food Safety Manager
Clint Austin has been with Wishnatzki Farms since 2006. He is responsible for overseeing food safety protocol, inventory control, shipping personnel, and transportation logistics. Clint is an avid golfer and enjoys spending time with his family.
Clint is also HAACP certified and has many hours of continued education in food safety.
- Lamar Young
- Field Representative
Lamar began working for Wishnatzki Farms in 1988. Throughout his 20+ years of working for Wish Farms, he has held a variety of positions including running the tomato line and Farm Manager at G&D Farms. Since 2007 he has held the position of Field Representative. This job role is hands on maintaining daily contact with the growers and consulting on what produce should be picked for that day and what packaging should be used.
Lamar has lived in Plant City all of his life. He enjoys fishing, vacationing and spending time with his family.
- Jeremy Burris
- VP Fresh Sales
Jeremy Burris has been with Wishnatzki Farms since 2002. He attended the University of Florida and received a B.S. in Food and Resource Economics in 2000. He also attended Southeastern University and received a MBA in 2009. Jeremy was raised on a working cattle ranch here in Plant City. His strong agriculture background provides him with a passion for agriculture and understanding of our farmers daily responsibilities. Jeremy is responsible for handling a variety of local and national accounts. The most crucial aspect of the sales position is moving the right product for the right price. Jeremy has coined a lot of famous sayings at Wishnatzki: “8:00 am to 11:00 am is SHOWTIME” and “Sell it don’t Smell it” are some of his most repeated.
Jeremy enjoys spending time with family and friends. He is also an avid outdoorsman and enjoys fishing, boating, and Gator Football.
- Charlie Briggs
- Vegetable Category Manager
Charlie Briggs in May 2009, joined VirtualOne as a leading sales and marketing professional in the fresh fruit and vegetable industry to develop sales for FreshQC™. Prior to joining the team Charlie managed the $30 million dollar Northeast Value added category for Dole Fresh Vegetables and has successfully developed and marketed a value added line of vegetables “Birds Eye Table Toppers”. Charlie holds a Bachelors Degree in Agricultural Business Management from the University of Delaware.
- Marcus Caswell
- Sales Associate and Quality Assurance Manager
Marcus Caswell joined Wishnatzki Farms in 2008. He attended the University of South Florida and received a B.S. in International Business (2006) and a M.S. in Entrepreneurship (2009). During his time at the University of South Florida he worked at Costco Wholesale and through his 6 year tenure went from cashier to various management positions. It was at this time that he was exposed to big box and fresh produce merchandising practices. In 2008 he accepted a position with Wishnatzki Farms where he has been introduced to the sales arena.
Marcus enjoys boating, golf, college football, and fishing.
- Jason “JD” Deis
- Sales Associate
JD joined the Wishnatzki Farms sales team in October 2011. He graduated in 2004 with a B.S. in Business Management from Florida International University. While studying at FIU he worked as a courier with Federal Express in Miami, FL; shortly after graduating he and his wife relocated to Tampa, FL where they purchased their first home.
From 2005 – 2011 he was an Account Manager at C.H. Robinson Worldwide in Tampa, FL; focusing on produce transportation for Florida grower/shippers. Having handled transportation for Wishnatzki for 4+ years the transition into a sales role has been seamless.
JD enjoys spending time on the water with family and friends. He’s an avid surfer and loves traveling to different areas of the country / abroad in search of great surf and new adventures.
- Rob Ogilbee
- Chief Financial Officer
Rob Ogilbee joined Wishnatzki Farms in 2010 as the Cheif Financial Officer. Rob graduated from Flagler Collge in 1993, earning a B.A. degrees in Accounting and Business Administration with a concentration in economics. He sat for and passed the CPA exam in 1995. In 2003 he earned his MBA from Franklin University. Prior to Wishnatzki Farms, Rob spent the majority of his career at Sysco Corporation in various roles, progressing to controller in his last posting. At Sysco, he was directly involved in all aspects of food distribution. As Wishnatzki Farms' Chief Financial Officer, he is responsible for all of the company's financial matters.
When not at work, Rob enjoys an active lifestyle with family and friends, most especially spending time with his wife and two sons.
- Kaaren Van Den Bogaert
- Accounting Manager
Kaaren has been with Wishnatzki Farms since 2001. She handles product inventory, company financials, and human resources for the company.
When she is not at work Kaaren enjoys gardening, kayaking, and travelling.
- Teresa Brimner
- Accounting Manager
Teresa has been with Wishnatzki Farms since 2002. She handles accounts receivable, growers pricing, and banking affairs for all of the companies locations. Teresa was born and raised in Florida and has five children that consume a majority of her time. On a side note she is also a Gator fan.
- Christy Polk
- Accounts Payable
Christy has been with Wishnatzki Farms since 2008. She ensures that our suppliers are paid in a timely manner. She is also the first person you seen when you enter the office and always has a smile on her face.
Christy lives a very active lifestyle that includes running, fishing, and anything out on the water.
- Amber Kosinsky
- Director of Marketing
Amber joined Wishnatzki Farms in April 2011. She graduated in 2006 with a B.S. in Advertising and in 2008 with a Masters in Business Management from the University of Florida. Previously she was the Marketing & Promotions Coordinator for the University of Florida Athletic Association handling sponsorships and promotions for Gator athletics. Amber will be handling all the marketing, advertising, PR and social media; helping to expand Wish Farms’ brand recognition amongst growers and consumers.
Amber enjoys teaching dance, traveling and Gator sports.
- Jessica Legg
- HR Coordinator
Jessica Legg joined the Wishnatzki Farms team in July of 2011 as the Director of Human Resources. She graduated from University of South Florida in 2005 and held a similar HR position for 6 years at an upscale recreation facility in Tampa. She holds various certifications in the HR field and is always looking to expand her knowledge base. She handles all aspects of human resources as well as payroll for Wish Farms and its affiliate companies.
Jessica enjoys spending time with her family and attending country concerts.
- Sheila Young
- Receptionist
Sheila has been with Wishnatzki Farms since 1990. She has held a variety of positions in her tenure. She handles incoming calls, mail, and other clerical duties. When Shiela is not at work she enjoys going to the movies, visiting antique shops, and spending time with her family.
